A little prelude to our next encounter.
So, tonight's topic is porn. Specifically, the pros and cons. Now I need to start be clarifying something right away.......I'm not talking about sitting down by yourself, watching a hot porn, and then having a fantastic masturbatory experience. In that scenario, there are only pros!! No, we are talking about having sex while watching porn. Or using porn as foreplay into actual sex with your partner. Still sounds like mostly good stuff, right? For the most part. But from my experience (including the upcoming encounter), there are a couple of cons to weigh as well.
Without further ado, the pros of cons of sex while watching porn:
Pros
1. Obviously, adds extra excitement and arousal
2. Spices things up; adds variety to your lovemaking (or fucking, however you like to look at it)
3. Give you some new ideas to try
4. Combines two of men's favorite pastimes....tv watching and sex!
5. Any neighbors listening in will think any audio from the porn is just you guys going at it, and it will make you look like you've got the hottest sex life on the block!
Cons
1. Neither of you quite look like those porn stars (the self conscious factor)
2. Neither of you are quite in good enough shape to be doing all of those positions!
3. When used repeatedly, it can become a crutch for an otherwise struggling sex life; can't get turned on without it
4. Creates an unrealistic portrayal of how easy it seems to consistently have amazing sex, while you are in the context of a long term relationship
5. Keeps your focus off of the person you really want to be focused on!
Nit picking there? Perhaps a little. I do lean on the pro side of porn much more, but as we shall see in the next post, those cons can creep in every now and then! Details to come.......
